Inquiry of Driving Test Date

Application for Part II Driving Testing Testing (Hill climbing test and parking test) and Part III Driving Test (Driving test on the road) can be submitted at any RTD State Office and RTD Branch Office only.

Candidates must pass the Part I Legal Test and present the following documents:
• Identity Card / Passport (origin and copy).
• Driving Test Assignment Card (complete JPJL3 filled by applicant)
• Driving Learning License (original / copy) that is still in force
• Complete SM4 form
• Certificate of Insurance (for disabled persons, if necessary)
• Letter of Permission to use vehicle from vehicle owner (for disabled persons, if necessary)
