Competent driving license renewal can be done at JPJ State/Branch, UTC, 1JPJ Counter, eKhidmat kiosks and the network of Pos Malaysia Berhad (PMB) Offices

Renewal conditions:

1. The renewal period allowed is 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 years only
2. Not blacklisted

Required documents:

1. The original MyKad/Passport or a copy of the applicant’s MyKad/Passport if the transaction is done by a representative;
2. Self-identification of the representative;
3. Original driving license/copy;
4. The original identity document of the representative;
5. 1 color photo (white background) measuring 25mm x 32mm;
6. Hold a valid passport (foreigners);
7. Payment RM20.00/year for class B2 B & C (Class A/A1 RM2.00). Fee RM30.00/year for class D & above. (Citizen)
8. Fee RM120.00 for all classes B2, B, C, D, DA, F, G, H, I (Non-Citizens)
