Establishes, monitors, and regulates procedures and processes for the issuance of driving licenses and processes appeals for expired driving licenses to ensure the public can obtain a driving license once renewal appeals are approved.

Administers the training and testing system for Driver Licensing and develops the Driver and Vocational Licensing Curriculum.

Manages testing for Parts I, II, and III (LDL, PDL, CDL) and the testing process for vocational licenses (PSV, GDL, and CON).

Handles matters related to the conversion of foreign driving licenses and appeal processes.

 Coordinates the secretariat for the Driving Institute Licensing Committee (JKPIM) meetings and administers, monitors, and regulates the operations of Driving Institutes (Special Operations for Driving Institutes).

Coordinates and reviews policies, legislation, and activities related to Driver Licensing and manages/organizes programs or sub-programs under the Driver Licensing activity.
