Applications can be made at any state JPJ office / branch only

Qualifications for CDL application:

1. Apply within 7 days before the end of the trial period
2. The application period is one (1) year from the date of expiry of the effective period of the PDL
3. The owner is not blacklisted
4. Driving license can be applied for a period of 1 to 5 years

Required documents:

1. The original MyKad/Passport or a copy of the applicant’s MyKad/Passport if the transaction is done by a representative
2. Self-identification of the representative
3. 1 color photo (white background) measuring 25mm x 32mm (optional)
4. Hold a valid passport (foreigner)
5. Fee RM20.00 for class B2, B & C (Class A/A1 RM2.00). Fee RM30.00 for class D & above (Citizens)
6. Fee RM120.00 for all classes B2, B, C, D, DA, F, G, H, I (Non-Citizens)
