Type of Organization / Body Eligible to Apply:

1. Welfare organizations that provide welfare services to the community officially.
2. Organizations that have a close relationship with the interests of the Government.
3. Religious organizations.
4. Companies that use vehicles in limited operating areas such as farms.
5. Religious / charitable organizations that own hearses.
6. National / State Public Libraries that own vehicles that are used as mobile libraries.

Documents to be submitted:

1. Two (2) JPJ Form K14 JPJ Form K14 (80.6 kB).
2. One (1) copy of the Vehicle Registration Certificate for each vehicle applied for exemption / reduction of payment;
3. One (1) copy of the Certificate of Constitution and Certificate of Organization Registration.
4. Three (3) photos of the vehicle from the front, rear and side views of the vehicle; and
5. One (1) copy of the written agreement between the applicant and the Malaysian Government for the international organization (if applicable).
