Eligibility for PDL application:

Pass the practical test part 2 & 3 and the test results have been updated and are still valid within one (1) year.

The owner is not blacklisted

The trial period is 2 years for the earliest class

Required documents:

Original MyKad/Passport Original MyKad/Passport or a copy of the applicant’s MyKad/Passport if the transaction is done by a representative

Self-identification of the representative

1 color photo (white background) measuring 25mm x 32mm (optional)

Holders of valid passports (foreigners)

Fee RM40.00 for class B & C (Class A/A1 or B2 single RM2.00) (Citizens)

Fee RM120.00 for single class B2, B & C (Non-Citizens)

Fee RM60.00 for class D & above (Citizens)

Fee RM120.00 for class D & above (Non-Citizens)
