1. The Vocational Driver Profile System has been developed in the JPJ database with the aim of creating a reference center for information on vocational driver profiles.

2. Transport companies or transport associations may apply for vocational driver information before a driver is employed to ensure that the driver does not have a bad record of breaking the law under the Road Transport Act 1987, the Land Public Transport Act 2010 and the Commercial Vehicle Licensing Board Act 1987.

3. The information that can be obtained through this system review is

   4. driver blacklist information
   5. summons information
   6. The information above is based on the existing information in the JPJ database only.

4. Vocational driver profile prints can only be issued by the JPJ Headquarters Enforcement Division and have not yet been extended to the State JPJ. No fee is charged to the applicant for the above information.
5. Vocational driver profile review applications should be submitted using company or association letterhead and attached with the Driver’s Name and Identification Card Number and should be sent to the following address as below
