  1. Financial, Asset, and Logistics Administration

    • Manage and coordinate departmental financial administration matters, including asset and related logistics management.

  2. Budget and Payments

    • Coordinate and supervise the preparation of the department's annual budget, ensuring approval, implementation, and monitoring of expenditures in accordance with current financial regulations.

    • Oversee the payment process and ensure compliance with procedures set by financial authorities.

  3. Secretariat Duties for Meetings

    • Serve as the Secretariat for the Departmental Financial Management Committee Meetings (Jawatankuasa Pengurusan Kewangan dan Akaun - JPKA), including documentation and coordination of related matters.

  4. Development Planning and Monitoring

    • Prepare the Five-Year Development Plan Report and Mid-Term Review.

    • Coordinate and monitor development projects to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and timelines.
