Application to add a vocational license class can be done at the State/Branch JPJ only.

Additional class requirements:

1. Possess a CDL with an equivalent class;
2. Health verification from a Registered Medical Practitioner via Form JPJL8A.
3. Passed the Practical Test (if applicable) and is still valid for 1 (one) year.
4. The test results have been updated and are still valid within one (1) year

Required documents:

1. The original MyKad/Passport or a copy of the applicant’s MyKad/Passport if the transaction is done by a representative.
2. Original driving license/copy
3. Self-identification of the representative
4. 1 color photo (white background) measuring 25mm x 32mm (optional)
5. Hold a valid passport (foreigner)
6. JPJL2C Course Certificate
7. Form JPJL8A
8. Fee RM5.00
