This service allows members of the public to apply for the classification of their classic / vintage vehicles for the purpose of reducing Motor Vehicle License (LKM) fees such as Departmental Instruction No. 13/2000 (Amendment 1/2002), Application Procedures for Obtaining Vintage / Classic Motorcar Status for the Purpose of License Fee Reduction Motor Vehicles (LKM). The system will classify the vehicles according to the year of manufacture where 50 years are categorized as vintage vehicles (90% LKM exemption) and 25 years as classic vehicles (80% LKM exemption).
