These Guidelines are a document of guidance and reference to all parties regarding qualification/service requirements, procedures, rules, standards, and regulatory procedures for granting licenses to perform services and operate motor vehicle inspection centers on behalf of the Malaysian Road Transport Department under the Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333].
MOT and RTD will at any time update any information contained in these Guidelines. MOT and RTD also have the right to set other licensing conditions that are not contained in these Guidelines.
A briefing session related to these guidelines will be held on 23rd April 2024. A QR code has been provided to confirm attendance at the briefing session.
The PPKM application form will be uploaded on the JPJ portal after the briefing session is held.
