The Malaysian Road Transport Department’s Disciplinary Management Guidelines Edition 2.0 is an initiative to help and facilitate the implementation of disciplinary actions by the Trustees of the Department’s Disciplinary Board against any officer, staff or enforcement member in addition to being the main and comprehensive reference by the Head The current department prepares reports of integrity or disciplinary violations to be submitted to the Stewardship of the Disciplinary Board in accordance with the procedures and regulations in force.
