Application for Booking Driving Test Part II and III (parking / road) can be submitted at any State JPJ Office and Branch JPJ Office only.

Candidates must pass the Law Test Part I and submit the following documents:

1. Identity Card/Passport (original and copy).
2. Driving Test Determination Card (JPJL3 completed by the applicant)
3. Driver’s License (original/copy) that is still valid
4. A complete SM4 form
   Insurance Certificate (for the disabled, also necessary)
5. Permission letter to use the vehicle from the vehicle owner (for the disabled, if necessary)

Part II:

Hill climbing test and parking test.

Part III:
Road test driving.
