Summons Payment Method
Summons Issued by JPJ are Divided into Two Types: Compoundable Summons and Non-Compoundable Summons
1. Compoundable summons can be paid within the period specified in the summons.
2. For summonses accompanied by a PG1 Notice, the PG2 Report must be submitted together with the summons (JPJ P22) and the payment amount.
3. For summonses issued due to non-compliance with notices (Interview Notice 114, Notice to Provide Driver Information 115, Inspection Order Notice 61(1)), the original notice must be resolved first before payment can be made.
4. Non-compoundable summonses must be settled in court as specified in the summons notice
