Applications can be made at any State and Branch JPJ office only.

Eligibility for Vocational License application:

1. Has passed the medical examination as required
2. Has attended theory classes and practical training as required
3. Pass theoretical and practical tests as required
4. Competent Driving License (CDL) must be valid for more than one (1) year.
5. Applicants who are Singapore citizens are only eligible to apply at JPJ Johor Bahru only

Required documents:

1. The original MyKad /Passport or a copy of the applicant’s MyKad /Passport if the transaction is done by a representative
2. Representative’s original identity
3. The original Competent Driving License (CDL) must be valid for more than one (1) year.
4. Form JPJL8A.
5. Form JPJL12.
6. JPJL2C Certificate
7. 1 color image (white background) measuring 25mm x 32mm
8. Payment of RM20.00
9. Holding a valid passport (Singaporean)
