Guidelines for Motor Vehicle Inspection Center (PPKM) Services - Technical - JPJ Portal

These Guidelines are a document of guidance and reference to all parties regarding qualification/service requirements, procedures, rules, standards, and regulatory procedures for granting licenses to perform services and operate motor vehicle inspection centers on behalf of the Malaysian Road Transport Department under the Road Transport Act1987 [Act 333].

MOT and RTD will at any time update any information contained in these Guidelines. MOT and RTD also have the right to set other licensing conditions that are not contained in these Guidelines.

The list of PPKM service areas offered and PPKM application form can be downloaded for guidance and reference.

The PPKM application form must be filled in for each PPKM service area. PPKM applications can be submitted to RTD from 1^st June 2024 until 31^st October 2024.
